Return & Exchange Policy
At Dudes Place, we want you to love what you wear (or sip from)! Since each item is custom-made just for you, we can only accept returns or exchanges in specific cases. Please read the details below before reaching out.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We gladly offer replacements for:
✔ Defective or Damaged Items – If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, let us know within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Please include a clear photo of the issue.
✔ Wrong Size Orders – Ordered the wrong size? No worries! We’ll exchange it for the same product in a different size within 30 days of receiving your order. However, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Send the item back using a trackable shipping method (buyer covers return shipping).

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your replacement order ASAP.
3. What’s Not Returnable?
Since our products are made to order, we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders (unless it’s a sizing issue or product defect). Please double-check your order before checking out!
